    • This family was researched and given to Merriam Family Papers by Nora Brown and Dianna Hohne. Small additions by Kit Cutting amd Connie Wilkes.

      Albert Edward was born in Chatsworth, Ontario. He was married in Seattle, Washington to Susan Mathis at age 26. In 1899, Albert and his brothers, Everett and Smith Merriam, are found in Ramsey Co, North Dakota where Smith and he farmed the same land.

      When his brothers moved to California in 1905, it looks like Albert moved Dalroy, Alberta in 1907.
